Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

If a returned package incurs customs duties or charges, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.

Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders that were shipped from India. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned items are received and approved.

Klarna Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds policy that complies with Klarna's 14-days returns & refunds policy for ALL items including final sale items etc.provided they are unused and in their original packaging (that is the customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery). This cannot be compensated via store credits. This is Klarna's standard return policy and must be adhered to without exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

At Gaurash Beauty Supply, we take pride in maintaining high hygiene and quality standards. For this reason, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused.The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange

 

 

  •  Used or opened hair products
    (Once the hair has been installed, washed, dyed, or altered in any way)
  • Custom-made products
    (Including custom wigs, lengths, colors, and textures made as per your request)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing tags/seals

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
