At Gaurash Beauty Supply Inc., we are committed to delivering your raw and virgin Indian hair extensions with care, speed, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed and delivered.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide to retail and wholesale customers. Whether you're located in Canada, the United States, the UK, Africa, or the Caribbean, we will ship your hair directly to your doorstep.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise stated on the product page or during sales and promotions.

  • Raw Hair Orders: 2–5 business days

  • Wigs / Custom Units: 3–7 business days

  • Bulk Wholesale Orders: 3–7 business days depending on order size

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on select retail orders within Canada or the U.S. over a certain amount (announced via promotions).

  • For bulk/wholesale orders, shipping is calculated manually and will be shared via email or WhatsApp before order confirmation.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Gaurash Beauty Supply Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.


⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Gaurash Beauty Supply Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you suspect theft, please file a claim with the courier and notify us at gaurashhair@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
